Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- basic knife skills
- food handler’s permit or willingness to obtain
- reliable transportation
Job Qualifications
- previous experience as a line cook or in sushi preparation is preferred
- knowledge of sushi preparation techniques and Asian cuisine

Job Duties
- connect with guests and team members to create a welcoming environment
- adhere to recipes including menu knowledge, plating consistency, and portioning
- fabricate sushi products maintaining yield standards
- prepare and produce high-quality dishes with speed and accuracy
- maintain a clean and organized work station following safety and sanitation protocols
- multitask efficiently while moving seamlessly from one project to another
- ensure food safety by wearing gloves, monitoring temperature logs, and adhering to labeling guidelines
