Job Duties
- Prepare and execute sushi menu items according to company recipes and guest requests
- Maintain proper handling and storage of raw fish and seafood in compliance with food safety guidelines
- Deliver consistent taste, texture, and presentation of all sushi offerings
- Complete daily station setup, mise en place, and breakdown
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the sushi station at all times
- Collaborate with fellow kitchen team members to ensure smooth service and timing
- Follow portion control and minimize waste while meeting food cost goals
- Support with inventory, storage, and rotation of seafood and dry goods
- Adhere to all company policies, health regulations, and food safety standards
