- Valid and current food handler's certification

Job Duties
- Prepare and present sushi items with consistency, precision, and creativity in line with Atlas standards
- Practice strong time management and stay actively engaged throughout service to meet Azumi's high-end and high-volume demands
- Maintain a constant focus on safety, sanitation, and cleanliness to ensure a safe and polished working environment
- Contribute to menu excellence while keeping costs, productivity, and profit top of mind
- Work as part of a dynamic team that values positivity, collaboration, and guest-focused hospitality
