- 18+ years of age
- high school diploma, GED or equivalent
- 1+ years of prior relevant sushi experience

Job Duties
- apply advanced knife skills required for making sushi and other Japanese dishes
- maintain menu knowledge and attention to detail of plate presentation
- ensure food quality is superior and correct any irregularities
- conduct inventory on a regular basis of specified food items and proper par levels
- ensure kitchen equipment is properly maintained and functioning as well as cleanliness and sanitation of assigned work areas
- follow recipes according to Chef specifications
- notify Room Chef or Sous Chef of challenges that arise and how they have been corrected
- assist with pantry and preparation areas
