Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Report to work on time and maintain uniform cleanliness
  • Prepare all food items according to company recipes, procedures, and presentation standards
  • Practice proper food safety and hygiene techniques, including hand washing and glove use
  • Follow emergency procedures and maintain a safe work environment
  • Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of prep areas, equipment, and kitchen spaces
  • Accurately measure and mix ingredients for salads, sauces, and sushi dishes
  • Collaborate with team members to uphold quality and service standards
