Job Requirements

- Previous experience in sushi preparation or culinary field
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle kitchen equipment safely

Job Duties
- Report to work on time and maintain uniform cleanliness
- Prepare all food items according to company recipes, procedures, and presentation standards
- Practice proper food safety and hygiene techniques, including hand washing and glove use
- Follow emergency procedures and maintain a safe work environment
- Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of prep areas, equipment, and kitchen spaces
- Accurately measure and mix ingredients for salads, sauces, and sushi dishes
- Collaborate with team members to uphold quality and service standards
