Job Duties
- Ensure timely delivery of all foods, demonstrating product standards and recipe knowledge daily
- Set up, maintain, and close stations for scheduled shifts, including prepping food items, stocking, and cleaning equipment
- Prepare and plate food items according to specifications and within pre-set time limits
- Maintain safety and sanitation standards, use personal protective equipment properly, and ensure a clean, neat appearance
- Maintain proper rice pH, document in the pH log, and ensure food temperatures are correct (hot stays hot, cold stays cold)
- Record all waste, communicate product runouts, equipment issues, and quality service problems to the MOD immediately
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, working towards customer satisfaction
