Job Duties
- Set up sushi station in time for service according to restaurant guidelines
- prepare all sushi orders as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the chef or restaurant
- restock all items as needed throughout shift and take inventory after service
- clean and maintain station practicing good safety, sanitation, organizational skills
- properly use and maintain all equipment in station
- assist with cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers, and storage areas
- perform additional responsibilities as requested by Chef, Sous Chef or Chef de Partie
