Job Duties

  • Set up sushi station in time for service according to restaurant guidelines
  • prepare all sushi orders as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
  • follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the chef or restaurant
  • restock all items as needed throughout shift and take inventory after service
  • clean and maintain station practicing good safety, sanitation, organizational skills
  • properly use and maintain all equipment in station
  • assist with cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers, and storage areas
  • perform additional responsibilities as requested by Chef, Sous Chef or Chef de Partie
