Job Duties
- Prepare food from scratch by following recipes to ensure consistent results
- Cook a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment
- Maintain strong fish knowledge and perform fish butchery
- Exhibit strong knife skills
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards and maintain a clean work environment
- Perform calmly and effectively under pressure
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
