Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a sushi cook or in a similar culinary role preferred
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to work under pressure
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Set up cooking station
- Read orders and use recipes to make orders according to portion sizes, quality standards, and temperatures
- Clean, restock, and organize workstation during the shift and after the shift
- Maintain The Hamilton's high standards for food safety and quality
