Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 0-2 years of related food preparation experience
  • Ability to work weekdays including morning, afternoon, and evening shifts
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Commitment to food safety and cleanliness standards
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Willingness to learn and adapt
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 0-2 years of experience in food preparation beneficial
  • Ability to follow recipes and food safety procedures
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Team player with effective communication skills
  • Adaptability to different shifts and meal periods
  • Basic knowledge of sushi preparation techniques

Job Duties

  • Prepare, portion, cook, and present various hot and cold food items for meal periods
  • Read and follow recipes and product directions accurately
  • Prepare food and serve customers at a la carte or grill station
  • Attend work on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Reduce food waste and contribute to a safe work environment
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain kitchen efficiency
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on client needs
