Job Requirements
- At least 1-2 years experience in a Sushi Cook position
- Basic sushi preparation and recipe knowledge
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to work in a full-service kitchen environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts

- Physical stamina for standing and moving in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Job Qualifications
- Good communication skills
- Three years of previous line experience preferred
- Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred
- Ability to perform basic and intermediate cooking skills
- Ability to work multiple stations in the kitchen
- Capable of working with moderate supervision and training
Job Duties
- Prepare sushi and related dishes according to established recipes and quality standards
- Ensure proper handling and storage of raw fish and other ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station
- Assist other kitchen stations as needed for smooth kitchen operations
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines strictly
- Communicate effectively with kitchen team and management
- Monitor inventory levels and notify supervisors of supply needs
