Job Requirements
- Must be 18 or older
- Position requires prolonged standing, bending, twisting, lifting and repetitive hand and wrist motion
- Work with hot, cold, and/or hazardous materials and equipment
- Non-slip shoes are required

- Great communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and within a team

Job Duties
- Handle a wide range of ingredients with incredible detail
- Prepare sushi and related dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Communicate clearly with front-of-house staff to fulfill customer orders accurately
- Follow food safety regulations and best practices for handling hot, cold, and hazardous materials
- Participate in training sessions and continually improve culinary skills
