Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a sushi cook in a high-volume, upscale dining establishment
- Extensive knowledge of sushi preparation, techniques, and ingredients
- Strong knife skills and ability to work with precision and speed

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment

Job Duties
- Prepare a variety of sushi dishes including sashimi, nigiri, and maki rolls
- Ensure all sushi items are prepared with the highest quality ingredients and presented beautifully
- Maintain a clean and organized sushi station
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Monitor food stock and place orders as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure a seamless flow of service
- Assist in developing new menu items and specials
- Provide exceptional hospitality and engage with guests when necessary
- Attend food, wine, and team training opportunities
