Job Duties
- Prepare a variety of sushi dishes including sashimi, nigiri, and maki rolls
- ensure all sushi items are prepared with the highest quality ingredients and presented beautifully
- maintain a clean and organized sushi station
- adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- monitor food stock and place orders as needed
- collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure a seamless flow of service
- assist in developing new menu items and specials
- provide exceptional hospitality and engage with guests when necessary
- attend food, wine, and team training opportunities
