Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a sushi cook in a high-volume, upscale dining establishment

Job Duties

  • prepare a variety of sushi dishes including sashimi, nigiri, and maki rolls

  • maintain a clean and organized sushi station
  • adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • monitor food stock and place orders as needed
  • collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure a seamless flow of service
  • assist in developing new menu items and specials
  • provide exceptional hospitality and engage with guests when necessary
  • attend food, wine, and team training opportunities
