Job Duties
- prepare a variety of sushi dishes including sashimi, nigiri, and maki rolls

- adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- monitor food stock and place orders as needed
- collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure a seamless flow of service
- assist in developing new menu items and specials
