Job Duties
- Prepare sushi in quantities according to the menu and number of persons to be served
- prepare all sushi items according to company recipes
- prepare all sushi items using proper kitchen equipment
- serve customers with a smile and a willing attitude
- assure high sales through establishing relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- follow the employee handbook at all times, especially on service standards and appearance
- meet and exceed company standards in food, service, quality, and cleanliness
