Job Duties
- Prepare sushi in quantities according to the menu and number of persons to be served
- prepare all sushi items according to company recipes
- prepare all sushi items using proper kitchen equipment
- serve customers with a smile and a willing attitude assuring high sales through customer relationships
- follow the employee handbook especially on service standards and appearance
- meet and exceed company standards in food service quality and cleanliness
