Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in sushi preparation preferred
- ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
- ability to stand for extended periods
- flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Prepares sushi in quantities according to the menu and number of persons to be served
- prepares all sushi items according to company recipes
- prepares all sushi items using proper kitchen equipment
- serves customers with a smile and a willing attitude
- assures high sales through establishing relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- follows the employee handbook at all times, especially on service standards and appearance
- meets and exceeds company standards in food, service, quality, and cleanliness
