Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- food safety certification
- six months or more of related experience
- ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally
- ability to exert up to 20 pounds of force frequently
- ability to exert 10 pounds of force constantly

Job Duties
- Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service
- smiles and greets customers in a friendly manner
- makes an effort to learn customers' names
- assists customers by escorting them to products, securing products out of reach, loading or unloading heavy items, passing along customer suggestions, performing tasks to enhance shopping experience
- answers the telephone promptly and provides friendly service including taking customer orders
- takes customer orders at the Chinese Express counter
- works with co-workers as a team to ensure customer satisfaction
- reviews orders for the day
- practices proper sanitation procedures and maintains cleanliness
- reviews food status and appearance for freshness
- ensures an adequate food supply is ready and follows production list
- anticipates product needs daily
- prepares, finishes and replenishes product
- pulls product from cooler/freezer
- checks in and puts product away
- removes trash timely
- adheres to company policies and store guidelines
- reports to work as scheduled and on time
- washes dishes as necessary
- orders product and supplies
- prices product
- delivers orders as needed
- assists in other store areas
- performs other job-related duties and special projects
