Job Duties
- Prepare and present high-quality sushi, sashimi, and maki rolls
- ensure all food meets safety and sanitation standards
- maintain prep levels, freshness, and consistency throughout service
- collaborate with the culinary team to develop specials and seasonal offerings
- provide outstanding guest service with speed, accuracy, and artistry
- maintain a clean, organized workstation
- assist with inventory and ordering of fish and sushi-related items
