Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Minimum one year of sushi experience
- Full availability and flexible schedule
- References required
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Able to lift 50+ lbs
Job Qualifications
- Minimum one year of sushi chef experience
- Knowledge of traditional Japanese sushi techniques
- Ability to handle whole fish and prepare fresh ingredients
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment

- Basic food safety knowledge

- Set up station for service & prepare mis en place
- Check quality and consistency in food product
- Work with precision
- Prepare ticket items as they are fired
- Communicate with team
