Job Requirements
- Previous experience in sushi
- Strong knife skills and knowledge of fish preparation
- Attention to detail and cleanliness
- Comfortable in an intimate, guest-facing omakase setting
- Positive attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work 4 to 5 evening shifts per week, typically 2 pm to 11 pm
