Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Prepare sushi dishes according to recipes and customer preferences
- Ensure the quality and presentation of sushi dishes meet the highest standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of ingredients and utensils
- Collaborate with Chef to ensure smooth service
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines in food preparation and handling
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients as needed
- Stay updated on industry trends and new sushi techniques
- Prep ingredients and dishes to serve for the evening
- Wash dishes and keep a clean restaurant
