- 2+ years of sushi-making experience
- outgoing personality and ability to upsell
- neat, clean, and sharp appearance
- strong customer service skills
- great listening and communication skills, fluent English required
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- able to lift up to 50 lbs to shoulder level repetitively
- able to work standing for up to 5 hours
- able to remember instructions without visual aids
- able to follow instructions accurately without close supervision

- Prepare sushi including fancy rolls and fish preparation
