- 2+ years of sushi-making experience
- outgoing personality
- neat, clean, and sharp appearance
- strong customer service skills
- great listening and communication skills with fluent English
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- able to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively
- able to stand for up to 5 hours
- able to remember instructions without visual aids
- able to follow instructions accurately without close supervision

Job Duties
- Prepare sushi including fancy rolls and fish preparation
- create new dishes, rolls, presentations, and sauces
- interact with and educate guests about food at the sushi bar
- confirm freshness and presentation of all dishes
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- adhere to food safety and quality standards
