  • 2+ years of sushi-making experience
  • outgoing personality
  • neat, clean, and sharp appearance
  • strong customer service skills
  • great listening and communication skills with fluent English
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • able to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively
  • able to stand for up to 5 hours
  • able to remember instructions without visual aids
  • able to follow instructions accurately without close supervision

Job Duties

  • Prepare sushi including fancy rolls and fish preparation
  • create new dishes, rolls, presentations, and sauces
  • interact with and educate guests about food at the sushi bar
  • confirm freshness and presentation of all dishes
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
  • work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • adhere to food safety and quality standards
