Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a Sushi Chef in upscale or fine dining restaurants
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Positive attitude and guest-first mindset

Job Qualifications

  • 1+ year experience as a Sushi Chef in upscale or fine dining environments
  • Passion for culinary arts and Japanese cuisine
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
