Job Requirements

- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Sushi Chef in upscale or fine dining restaurants
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Positive attitude and guest-first mindset
