Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
- Execute the preparation of sushi rolls, specialty rolls, sashimi, and nigiri
- Ensure seafood is handled according to food safety and hygiene standards
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and inventory of the sushi station
- Follow established recipes, plating guidelines, and service timing
- Perform efficiently during peak service hours
- Collaborate with BOH and FOH teams for smooth operations
- Follow internal procedures and quality standards
