Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Execute the preparation of sushi rolls, specialty rolls, sashimi, and nigiri
  • Ensure seafood is handled according to food safety and hygiene standards
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and inventory of the sushi station
  • Follow established recipes, plating guidelines, and service timing
  • Perform efficiently during peak service hours
  • Collaborate with BOH and FOH teams for smooth operations
  • Follow internal procedures and quality standards
