Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar chef or cook role
- Valid ServeSafe or Food Handlers Certification
- Strong knowledge of sushi preparation and Japanese cuisine
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and food safety standards

Job Duties
