  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling
  • Familiarity with various sushi types including nigiri, sashimi, rolls, and specialty items
  • Culinary degree or relevant certifications are preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
