Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 plus years of proven experience as sushi chef or line cook in high volume operation
  • Knowledge of Japanese/Asian ingredients in sushi preparation
  • Proper fish handling and sanitation principles
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to be proactive and self-directed

Job Qualifications

  • 1 plus years of proven experience as sushi chef or line cook in high volume operation

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
  • Ensure food quality and presentation meet our high standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work areas
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines consistently
  • Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
