Job Requirements
- 1+ years of experience as sushi chef or line cook
- Knowledge of Japanese/Asian ingredients and sushi preparation techniques
- Understanding of proper fish handling and sanitation principles
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
- Strong organizational skills
- Capacity to work efficiently under pressure
- Proactive and self-directed work ethic

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet our high standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work areas
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines consistently
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
