Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate efficiently as a team
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods and have continued use of hands, fingers and arms
  • Ability to continuously bend, reach, twist and carry
  • and lift and move up to 50 lbs
  • Availability during the evenings, weekends and holidays preferred
  • Ensure compliance with food handling regulations and company standards

Job Duties

  • Routine cleaning, setup and breakdown of the sushi bar and sushi area
  • Preparation of sushi ingredients according to recipes and quality standards
  • Interacting with guests at the sushi bar to take special requests and customize orders, and accommodating dietary needs and preferences
  • Delivering sushi orders to guests at the bar and sushi bar area
  • Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization of the workstation, tools and equipment
  • Assist with inventory management and request necessary supplies while minimizing waste
  • Working effectively with the other kitchen staff and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service and clear communication
