Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate efficiently as a team
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods and have continued use of hands, fingers and arms
- Ability to continuously bend, reach, twist and carry

Job Duties
- Routine cleaning, setup and breakdown of the sushi bar and sushi area
- Preparation of sushi ingredients according to recipes and quality standards
- Interacting with guests at the sushi bar to take special requests and customize orders, and accommodating dietary needs and preferences
- Delivering sushi orders to guests at the bar and sushi bar area
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization of the workstation, tools and equipment
- Assist with inventory management and request necessary supplies while minimizing waste
- Working effectively with the other kitchen staff and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service and clear communication
