Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience as sushi chef or line cook in a high volume operation
- knowledge of Japanese and Asian ingredients in sushi preparation
- understanding of proper fish handling and sanitation principles
- ability to maintain cleanliness and work safety standards
- strong organizational skills
- ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- proactive and self-directed work ethic

- collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
