Job Description
Execute the preparation and presentation of sushi and Japanese dishes in accordance with the standards of quality, freshness, hygiene and consistency defined by the Soya Sushi Bar / El Sushi Restaurant brand, guaranteeing a high-level gastronomic experience for our customers, under a professional, organized and results-oriented work environment.
Rate: $20 - $23 p/hr Main Responsibilities
- Prepare sushi (traditional and special rolls), sashimi, nigiri and other products from the assigned menu.
- Handle fish and seafood in strict accordance with hygiene and food safety regulations.
- Keep the sushi station clean, organized, stocked, and operational throughout the shift.
