Job Duties
- Prepare sushi, sashimi, and specialty rolls with accuracy and consistency
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times
- Engage with guests at the sushi bar in a friendly and professional manner, providing product knowledge when appropriate
- Ensure fish quality, freshness, and proper handling standards are always upheld
- Work efficiently to keep pace with a high-volume restaurant and team service environment
- Collaborate closely with the culinary team to execute menu offerings and specials
- Follow health department standards, food safety guidelines, and all company sanitation policies
- Perform additional prep and kitchen duties as needed
