Job Requirements
- Two plus years of sushi-making experience
- outgoing personality and ability to upsell
- neat, clean and sharp appearance
- strong customer service skills
- great listening and communication skills with fluent English
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- able to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly
- able to work standing up to 5 hours
- ability to remember instructions without visual aids
- ability to follow instructions accurately without close supervision

Job Duties
- Prepare sushi including fancy rolls and fish preparation
- create new dishes, rolls, presentations, and sauces
- interact with and educate guests on food knowledge at the sushi bar
- ensure all dishes are fresh and presentable
- maintain a clean work area
- follow instructions accurately without close supervision
- multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
