Job Requirements
- Previous experience working as a Sushi Cook or higher
- Ability to maintain and follow recipes, processes and standards
- Possession of valid Food Handler Card
- Valid documentation of right to work in the U.S.
- Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or 20 pounds of force frequently
- Drive and ambition with a desire to learn and grow within the team
- Full ownership of your role

Job Duties
- Maintain food quality and standards ensuring guest satisfaction
- Maintain standards of safety and sanitation throughout the kitchen
- Follow recipes in line with SUSHI SAMBA standards
- Comply with company procedures, recipes and presentation to maximizing productivity and profitability
- Execute dishes in a timely and efficient manner to meet and exceed guest expectations
- Liaise with restaurant manager and service staff regarding service issues
