Job Requirements
- Passion for Japanese cuisine and a love of learning
- Commitment to food safety, cleanliness, and organized food handling
- Capability to work collaboratively in team settings
- Ability to keep workspace neat and stay engaged
- At least one year of experience in high-volume or guest-facing kitchens preferred
- For sushi chefs, 1-2 years of culinary experience or formal training preferred

Job Duties
- Prepare fresh vegetable ingredients and perfect sushi rice at the roll station
- Break down fish and master nigiri and omakase dishes at the front station
- Coordinate orders and craft sushi rolls, nigiri, and sashimi at the wheel station
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of food handling areas
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure timely and quality service
- Engage with guests at the sushi bar to enhance their dining experience
- Adhere to food safety standards and cleanliness protocols
