Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years culinary experience preferred
- knowledge of food safety practices
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- passion for Japanese cuisine
- excellent teamwork skills
- physical ability to stand and move during shifts

- culinary experience of 1-2 years preferred for sushi chef roles
- familiarity with high-volume or guest-facing kitchen environments
- formal culinary training is an advantage

- ability to stay organized and engaged during shifts
Job Duties
- Prepare fresh vegetable ingredients and perfect sushi rice at the Roll Station
- craft nigiri, break down fish, and create omakase dishes at the Front Station while engaging with guests
- coordinate orders and prepare sushi rolls, nigiri, and sashimi at the Wheel Station with precision
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- ensure food safety and follow proper handling procedures
- collaborate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams
- uphold fast-paced work environment efficiency while ensuring quality and presentation
