Job Requirements
- Certification(s) to responsibly work in and create a safe and clean environment for food production and consumption (ie: state specific food handlers card)
- The ability to legally work in the USA
- 1+ years of experience in sushi preparation
- Commitment to teamwork and supporting a positive work culture
- Willingness to learn and receive feedback
- Ability to maintain hygiene and comply with safety regulations

- Management experience not required but is a plus

Job Duties
- Follow recipes as per Earls standards while upholding exceptional food preparation
- Clean, filet, cut fish, prepare rice and vegetables for flawless execution
- Plate and garnish each plate to perfection
- Artfully arrange sushi on plates to enhance visual appeal including final touches such as garnishes and sauces to enhance flavor and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation
- Ensure all food is stored and prepared according to health and safety regulations
- Manage inventory and cost control
- Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed while minimizing waste
- Create authentic team connections that foster collaboration
- Work closely with other kitchen partners to ensure efficient workflow and timely service
- Train junior chefs and kitchen staff on sushi preparation techniques and safety standards
