Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve sushi hand rolls for dine-in guests
  • Prepare and package sushi hand rolls for takeout orders
  • Engage with guests to provide a warm and memorable dining experience
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi preparation station
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service
  • Follow safety and hygiene standards rigorously
  • Assist in training new team members when required
