  • 1+ year experience producing high-quality sushi dishes
  • Certification(s) to responsibly work in and create a safe and clean environment for food production and consumption
  • The ability to legally work in the USA
  • A passion for culinary experiences and a commitment to teamwork and fun
  • A willingness to learn and an openness to feedback, coaching, and mentorship

  • Management experience not required, but is a plus
  • A passion for culinary experiences and a commitment to teamwork and fun
  • A commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging experience for your team members and guests
  • A willingness to learn and an openness to feedback, coaching, and mentorship
  • Certification(s) to responsibly work in and create a safe and clean environment for food production and consumption (ie: State Specific Food Handlers Card)
  • The ability to legally work in the USA
