Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience as sushi chef or line cook in high volume operation
- Knowledge of Japanese/Asian ingredients
- Understanding of proper fish handling and sanitation
- Ability to work in a team
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to maintain food safety standards

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards

- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
