Job Duties
- Prepare and present sushi and related food products to customers
- demonstrate high-level knife skills and sushi preparation techniques
- store foods following corporate, state, and federal food safety regulations
- ensure proper food handling, presentation, portion control, and maintenance of serving temperatures
- maintain sanitation of equipment, supplies, and utensils, clean workstation thoroughly
- interact with customers to enhance dining experience and explain menu items
- keep up with peak production and service hours
- perform other assigned duties
