Job Duties
- Cutting, slicing, and filleting various types of fish and vegetables with precision
- Inspecting the freshness and quality of ingredients to ensure top-notch sushi dishes
- Preparing an array of sushi dishes according to established guidelines
- Maintaining a clean work environment
- Sterilizing all tools and equipment before every use
- Greeting and interacting with guests to enhance their dining experience
- Taking on other duties as assigned with flexibility
