  • Cutting, slicing, and filleting various types of fish and vegetables with precision

  • Maintaining a clean work environment
  • Sterilizing all tools and equipment before every use
  • Greeting and interacting with guests to enhance their dining experience
  • Taking on other duties as assigned with flexibility
