Job Requirements

Possession of valid Food Handler Card
valid documentation of right to work in the U.S.
previous experience working as a Sushi Cook or higher
ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or 20 pounds of force frequently
drive and ambition with a desire to learn and grow within the team
full ownership of your role

Job Duties

Maintain food quality and standards ensuring guest satisfaction
maintain standards of safety and sanitation throughout the kitchen
follow recipes in line with SUSHI SAMBA standards
comply with company procedures, recipes and presentation to maximize productivity and profitability
execute dishes in a timely and efficient manner to meet and exceed guest expectations
liaise with restaurant manager and service staff regarding service issues
