Job Duties
- prepare fresh sushi and sashimi according to Bamboo Sushi standards
- collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure excellent guest experiences
- maintain cleanliness and organization in food preparation areas
- follow food safety protocols rigorously
- specialize in one or more stations including roll station, front station, and wheel station
- handle guest interactions professionally at the sushi bar
- contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment
