Job Duties
- Prepare fresh vegetable ingredients and perfect sushi rice at the Roll Station
- Break down fish and master nigiri and omakase creations at the Front Station while engaging with guests
- Coordinate orders and craft sushi rolls, nigiri, and sashimi at the Wheel Station
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to enhance guest experience
- Monitor quality and flavor by tasting dishes throughout preparation
