Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of culinary experience or formal culinary training preferred
  • Ability to work full-time with flexible scheduling

Job Duties

  • Prepare fresh vegetable ingredients and perfect sushi rice at the Roll Station
  • Break down fish and master nigiri and omakase creations at the Front Station while engaging with guests
  • Coordinate orders and craft sushi rolls, nigiri, and sashimi at the Wheel Station
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
  • Ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
  • Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to enhance guest experience
  • Monitor quality and flavor by tasting dishes throughout preparation
