Job Requirements
- Valid Food Safety certification
- minimum 1 year kitchen supervisor or management experience preferred
- in-depth knowledge of all kitchen operations
- strong understanding of purchasing, receiving, inventory control and stock rotation
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- high level of maturity, dependability and punctuality

Job Duties
- Work directly under the Corporate Chef and Senior Sushi Sous Chef
- assume the Senior Sushi Sous Chef’s responsibilities in their absence
- help manage kitchen staff
- ensure food is prepared, plated and served properly and efficiently
- participate in menu planning and ordering
- maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- train and mentor kitchen staff in cooking skills
