Job Requirements

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi preparation area
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Operate knives and other kitchen tools proficiently
  • Engage in continuous learning and skill development across multiple sushi stations
  • Contribute to creating a welcoming and inspiring dining experience for guests
