Job Duties
- Prepare fresh sushi according to established recipes and standards
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi preparation area
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Operate knives and other kitchen tools proficiently
- Engage in continuous learning and skill development across multiple sushi stations
- Contribute to creating a welcoming and inspiring dining experience for guests
